Secretary Norton to Join U.S. Postal Service Honoring
Carlsbad Caverns National Park
WASHINGTON -- Interior Secretary Gale Norton will join U.S. Postal Service officials in honoring Carlsbad Caverns National Park with the issuance of a 23-cent stamped postal card. Secretary Norton will also reaffirm President Bush's ongoing commitment to protect and preserve our National Parks at the ceremony on Friday, June 7, 2002.
Norton will host a media availability immediately following the ceremony.
