on Judge's Denial of Request for Temporary Restraining Order

"We are pleased with the judge's decision upholding NMFS' determination that project operations in April and May will not significantly affect coho salmon. We will continue to work with NMFS as it prepares its biological opinion on the long-term operation of the Klamath project. In the meantime, the Klamath River Basin Federal Working Group remains committed to working with the people of the entire basin to find solutions that meet the needs of both people and the environment."
