Secretary Babbitt will Tour Jack Morrow Hills/Red Desert area
and Discuss Draft Environmental Impact Statement, November. 15

Secretary of the Interior Bruce Babbitt will travel to Lander, Wyoming November 15, 2000, to tour the Jack Morrow Hills area of the Red Desert. Following the tour the Secretary and tour participants will meet and discuss the Draft Environmental Impact Statement that was prepared by the Bureau of Land Management.
