In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following are the President of the United Nations Security Council and the Chairman of the Military Staff Committee for March:

Security Council

Mamady Traore, Permanent Representative of Guinea, succeeds Gunter Pleuger, Permanent Representative of Germany, as President of the Security Council.

Military Staff Committee

Rear Admiral Anthony Dymock (United Kingdom) succeeds Lieutenant General Nikolay M. Uvarov (Russian Federation) as Chairman of the Military Staff Committee.
