Security Council

Martin Belinfa-Eboutou, Permanent Representative of Cameroon, succeeds Stefan Tafrov, Permanent Representative of Bulgaria, as President of the Security Council.

Military Staff Committee

Rear Admiral Anthony Dymock (United Kingdom) succeeds Lieutenant General Nikolay M. Uvarov (Russian Federation) as Chairman of the Military Staff Committee.
