CUBA'S REPRESENTATIVE LINKS RATIFICATION OF TLATELOLCO TREATY TO IMPROVED RELATIONS WITH UNITED STATES CORRECTION

On page 5 of Press Release DC/2601 of 6 April, the third paragraph of the statement by Emilia Castro de Barish (Costa Rica) should read as follows:

She said that General Assembly resolution 52/13 entitled "Culture of Peace", whose goal is to transform the culture of war and violence into a culture of peace and non-violence, could contribute positively to the achievement of the objective of general and complete disarmament at the dawn of the new millennium.
