PREPARATORY COMMITTEE FOR INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT APPROVES DRAFT REPORT 19960830At a brief meeting this morning, the Preparatory Committee on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court approved the remaining sections of its report to the General Assembly.The Preparatory Committee approved sections dealing with procedural questions, fair trial and rights of the accused; complementarity; penalties; cooperation between States and the international criminal court; international cooperation and judicial assistance; and other matters, including additional new proposals pertaining to topics discussed during the March-April session. When it convenes this afternoon, the Preparatory Committee is expected to approve its conclusions and recommendations to the fifty-first session of the General Assembly, including an outline of its future work. * *** *
