EUROPEAN UNION CALLS FOR CREATION OF EXPERT GROUP ON INNOVATIVE FUNDING FOR DEVELOPMENT IN ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COUNCIL CORRECTION

In Press Release ECOSOC/5664 of 11 July, the fourth paragraph on page 7 should have read as follows: "The Acting Council President, KAREL KOVANDA (Czech Republic), said the representative of Costa Rica had been critical of the conference room paper prepared by the Secretariat; however, issues that the speaker had raised were not dealt with in the paper. Hence, his comments had been unfounded."
