NEW CHAIRMEN OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY BODIES IN JUNE 19960531In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following new Chairmen of United Nations security bodies will take office on 1 June:Security Council Nabil A. Elaraby (Egypt) will succeed Qin Huasun (China) as President of the Security Council. Military Staff Committee Major-General Valery N.
