NEW CHAIRMEN OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY BODIES IN DECEMBER 19951130In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following new Chairmen of United Nations security bodies will take office on 1 December:SECURITY COUNCIL Sergey V. Lavrov (Russian Federation) will succeed Salim Mohammed Al'Khussaiby (Oman) as President of the Security Council.
