SECRETARY-GENERAL DEPARTS FOR AFRICA 19951124The following statement was issued today by the Spokesman for Secretary- General Boutros Boutros-Ghali:The Secretary-General will leave New York over the weekend on a trip to Africa, which will take him to Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Benin and Cote d'Ivoire. He will hold talks with the leaders of those countries and will attend the Francophonie Summit in Cotonou, Benin, on 2 December. The Secretary-General will return to New York on 7 December. * *** *
