NEW CHAIRMEN OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY BODIES IN NOVEMBER 19951031In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following new Chairmen of United Nations security bodies will take office on 1 November:SECURITY COUNCIL Salim Mohammed Al'Khussaiby (Oman) will succeed Ibrahim A.
