What: Terrorism: A Review of 2002, Outlook for 2003. This distinguished, World renowned panel sponsored by The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, takes an accomplished and mature look at "what's next?"

Who: Prof. Yonah Alexander, Director, International Center for Terrorism Studies, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, and Co Director,Inter-University Center for Legal Studies. Professor Alexander has authored nearly 100 books on terrorism in the past 60 years.

Prof. Edgar Brenner, Co-Director, Inter-University Center for Legal Studies.

Mr. Michael S. Swetnam, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Mr. Swetnam is the co-author of Usama bin Laden's al-Qaida: Profile of a Terrorist Network. He serves on the Defense Science Board and is a member of the Technical Advisory Group to the U.S. Senate Special Select Committee on Intelligence.

Amb. Philip Wilcox, President of the Foundation for Middle East Peace. Ambassador Wilcox served in the U.S. Foreign Service for 31 years.

Amb. Richard Kauzlarich, Director of the Special Initiative on the Muslim World at the United States Institute for Peace served in the Foreign Service for 32 years, most recently as United States ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1997 to 1999.

Eugene Fidell, Esq heads the Military Practice Group of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and is President of the National Institute of Military Justice.

Steven Hildreth, a recent graduate of the National War College, heads the Central Research Unit at the Congressional Research Service.

Dr. David Kay, Senior Research Fellow at The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Dr. Kay served as the UN's Chief Nuclear Weapons Inspector in Iraq at the end of the Gulf War.
