News Advisory:

The main telecommunications cable line was inadvertently cut today at the National Archives Building in Washington, D.C., due to the major renovation work that is taking place. As a result, there is no telephone, data or e-mail service into or out of the building. Verizon estimates that the lines will be operational by Tuesday, May 28. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The National Archives Building will remain open for research during its regular hours. (The building will be closed on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day).
