National Council on Disability Legal Experts Available for Comment on Supreme Court Decision Involving Americans with Disabilities Act

WASHINGTON, April 29 -- The National Council on Disability's (NCD) team of legal experts is available for comment on today's U.S. Supreme Court decision in U.S. Airways, Inc. v. Barnett (No. 00-1250), an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) case.
