
The Century Foundation's Homeland Security Project: Homeland Security Sources On Call 8/28/2002

The project is composed of three working groups: The Federal Response; Federalism Challenges; and The Public's Need to Know. The project is cochaired by Tom Kean, former New Jersey governor and current Drew University president, and Richard Celeste, former Ohio governor and current Colorado College president. Project leadership also includes former White House chiefs of staff Kenneth Duberstein and John Podesta; Vanderbilt's First Amendment Center director, John Seigenthaler; and former Time magazine executive editor John Stacks. Century Foundation Fellows, staff, and other experts on issues such as national security, civil liberties, media, the federal government, and federal-state relations have written papers and issue briefs and contributed to our working groups on a broad array of topics related to homeland security and the war on terrorism.
