
IPI Telecommunications Expert to Testify Today at Texas Legislative Hearing 3/22/2004

Testimony provided by the Dallas-based Institute for Policy Innovation (IPI) -- an independent public-policy organization -- will recommend a program of deregulation to free up telecom companies to offer new products and services to consumers, and to encourage new job creation in Texas. IPI testimony will further explain why regulation, which may have been needed at one time, is no longer necessary.
