Bush fatally compromised his pro-life position in allowing federal funds for the first time to be used to pay for experimentation on aborted children. The hush-hush decision was made last May. But the ramifications will be felt for generations to come. Our tax dollars will now be used to pay for the dissecting, harvesting and gruesome experimentation of children gleaned from America's abortion clinics. These monies will be taken away life-promoting research and placed directly into the hands that shed innocent blood. During the Presidential race of 2000 Bush Jr. responded to a candidate questionnaire from the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops saying, "I oppose using federal funds to perform fetal tissue research from induced abortions." Could it be that Bush Jr. will meet the same fate as his father in the 2004 election? A lie, is lie, is a lie. Only there is a big difference in raising taxes and funding research on the dead bodies of aborted children. Some would say the ends justify the means but this further proves how America has fallen into the murky depths of total depravity akin to Joseph Mengala's eugenic program of Nazi Germany. ------ "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil..."
