Chief UN weapons inspectors Hans Blix and Mohamed ElBaradei will deliver their latest reports to the UN Security Council Friday. They are expected to elaborate on the Blix team's conclusion that a ballistic missile program in Iraq violates UN-set missile range limits.

Brookings scholars Ivo Daalder and Kenneth Pollack will hold a conference call with reporters after the inspectors' presentation to assess the reports and whether they could change the minds of the governments who favor continued inspections over military action-China, France, Germany, and Russia.
