The hearing will take place on Thursday, May 20, at 10 a.m. DeLay will also ask questions of the panel, whose members will include Wade Horn, assistant secretary for children and families at the Department of Health and Human Services; Robert Flores, administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention at the Department of Justice; and Colien Hefferan, administrator of the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service at the Department of Agriculture.
