Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives will be on hand to endorse the report. This year's "Green Scissors" report profiles 78 of the most egregious examples of wasteful and environmentally harmful spending. Three of the top environmental, consumer and taxpayer g organizations in Washington will also announce a list of the top 10 projects that the Green Scissors Coalition will target during the debate over the annual spending bills. The 2002 "Green Scissors" report includes government projects and programs from almost every state. The report includes agriculture, energy, international, public lands, transportation and water projects and programs.
