
NCSL to Release 2003 Health Priorities Survey; Annual Report Details Health Care 'Hot Topics' 12/11/2002

The report will be released in conjunction with NCSL's Fall Forum. NCSL's Health Policy Tracking Service annually surveys state legislators, legislative staff, governors' offices and executive agencies to determine their health policy legislative priorities. With rising health care costs and anemic state revenues, legislators will be forced to devise innovative policy solutions to the most pressing health policy issues.
