With tentative agreements in place on agricultural trade reform and pharmaceutical access for poor countries, momentum is building for the member states of the WTO to deliver positive outcomes for developing countries in Cancun. In advance of the meetings, Center for Global Development (CGD) experts will offer a background briefing for media.
