EPA and American Lung Association Announce New Asthma Research Strategy

In honor of national Children's Health Month, EPA Administrator Christie Whitman and John L. Kirkwood, president and CEO of the American Lung Association, will announce the Asthma Research Strategy, a new initiative to advance scientific understanding and prevention of asthma, the most common chronic childhood illness.
