News Advisory:

"PACS 2003: "Physical and Cyber Security," is a one-day conference that will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003, at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., from 7 a.m. -- 4 p.m. (EST).

In the wake of the many recent evacuations of government office buildings, an escalation in the amount of casualties in Iraq and the current trials of area sniper shooters, the inhabitants of the Greater Washington, D.C.
