We The People Congress: IRS Uses Cash Strapped State Governments in Latest Campaign of Terror

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Sept. 23 -- Following is a statement of We The People Congress, Inc.:

Last week, representatives from nine states Departments of Revenue converged on Washington, D.C. to attend a joint press conference with Mark Everson, Commissioner of the IRS.

The purpose of this historic gathering was to set into motion an "information-sharing arrangement as cash-strapped states examine their budgets and look for new sources of revenue. State tax administrators estimate they will recoup about 20 cents for every dollar the IRS collects. IRS officials guessed there may be billions in taxes that go uncollected due to scams."

The states of the Union have unconstitutionally tied the federal income tax to their statutes on direct taxation. This is an indisputable fact we can prove.

Is corruption and out of control spending by individual states a justification for violating the rights of their sovereign citizenry by joining the IRS' latest campaign of terror against the people of this nation based on fraud and a mountain of lies?

How about the federal government and those income tax revenues? Doesn't Washington need them to fund things like the military, roads and the judiciary? No. The money extorted by the IRS and enforced against unsuspecting Americans using brute force, doesn't fund the direct operations of the government, constant borrowing does. See:

"Resistance to additional income taxes would be even more widespread if people were aware that: ...100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Government contributions to transfer payments.

"In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their government."

We do not advocate evading a tax owed. We do not endorse nor promote illegal tax scams. We promote exposing the truth about the misapplication of the income tax laws by the IRS. The income tax is international in scope and application and does not apply to domestic Americans. That is an indisputable fact, which we can prove.
