Dr. Dominick DellaSala, a Ph.D. forest ecologist with extensive knowledge of forest fires and Southern Oregon, is available for expert commentary and background before and during the President's visit to Oregon.

Dr. DellaSala is based in Ashland, Ore., and has written about forest fires and forest ecology in numerous scientific journals and is regularly quoted in mainstream media outlets.
