Background: Health insurance premiums are skyrocketing. The number of uninsured Americans is growing. Employers and workers want solutions to a growing crisis -- and members of Congress may feel like they have to take action.

CAHI is bringing together America's top health insurance experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities that the industry faces in the upcoming year.
