WHO: Dr. Rita Colwell, director of the National Science Foundation (NSF), will discuss "NSF's Role in Homeland Security".

Dr. Colwell just last month, urged scientists to apply their experience, wisdom, research, and measured debate to help the nation combat terrorism in a speech to the Brookings Institution's Center for Public Policy Education. Now Dr. Colwell takes on the myriad of issues related to the National Science Foundation's role in Homeland Security.
