The groundbreaking will be held on Friday, July 18, at 2:00 p.m. at the ORNL's Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) project on Chestnut Ridge in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Media wishing to attend the event should register with ORNL's Office of Public Affairs or the Department of Energy Oak Ridge Operations Office's Public Affairs Office. Secretary Abrah<6mW- 1/86 hold a media availability immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony. In addition to the groundbreaking, Abraham and others will tour the SNS.
