WHAT: Cooking Up a CURE for brain tumors, a benefit event that includes meet and greets, numerous tastings, cookbook signings, cooking demonstrations, and a silent auction.

The event will be hosted by The Brad Kaminsky Foundation for Brain Tumor Research and the Restaurants at Walnut Hill College joined by Philadelphia's most renowned chefs and local celebrities. Chefs attending the event include Georges Perrier (Le Bec-Fin), Walter Staib (City Tavern), Kevin Meeker (Philadelphia Fish and Company Seafood), Olivier De Saint Martin (Caribou Cafe), Tony Clark, Robert Bennett (Miel Patisserie), Francesco Martorella (Bliss), The Restaurant School Chefs, Robert Patton, Ryan McNulty and Meg Christensen, and Sean Pashley (Eulogy Belgian Tavern) of NBC's The Average Joe 2. Other attendees include Pierre Robert of WMMR, Joel Assouline of Assouline and Ting, representative from DiBruno Brothers, Yards Brewing Company, Pravda Vodka as well as doctors and staff from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and lawyers and justices from the area.
