-- President of America's leading theme park company to be joined by American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Exponent Failure Analysis Associates to unveil landmark research on roller coaster safety

Gary Story, President of Six Flags, Inc. will make a major announcement Tuesday, January 21 at 9 a.m., at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

This news conference will be of interest to all national media and to those news services and media outlets representing Six Flags theme park markets. Joining Story at the news conference will be representatives of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and Exponent Failure Analysis Associates. These two prominent research groups will unveil the results of months of independent research on amusement park safety and roller coasters, in response to unsubstantiated charges that rides cause brain injury. The independent studies incorporate new scientific experiments and data previously unavailable for research.
