Amid skyrocketing health care costs and growing concerns over health care quality, the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) will host a Capitol Hill briefing Thursday, Jan. 30, to examine needed reforms to Medical Savings Accounts (MSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). The briefing will discuss:

-- What are the barriers to the use of these accounts? -- What problems do employers and employees have using these accounts? -- What reforms would make these accounts available to more people and be better able to meet patient needs?
