
GOPAC Chairman, GOP Strategist to Hold Informal Media Roundtable Wednesday, Jan. 21, in Washington 1/21/2004

Watts Jr. will host GOP strategist David Winston for an informal media roundtable today (Jan. 21), from 1:45-2:30 p.m., to discuss the President's State of the Union address and national political trends. The media roundtable session will take place in the Governor's Room (4th Floor) at the Capitol Hill Club, located at 300 First Street, S.W. (The Capitol Hill Club is directly across from the Capitol South Metro.) Watts, a former four-term Congressman who was the fourth- ranking Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives prior to retiring in Jan. 2003, now serves as chairman of GOPAC, a conservative political organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. Winston, who is a senior advisor to both the House and Senate Republican Conferences, is president of the Winston Group, a market research company based in Alexandria, VA.
