As with any contentious policy issue, however, misinformation is rampant. As such, the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) one of the nation's leading public policy research organizations, has assembled a large team of adjunct scholars who have unique knowledge or expertise in the various fields of energy and environmental policy who are available to provide insight and balance to the debate. Together they represent one of the best, most diverse collections of expertise assembled on a single-issue area. As a group, the council believes in employing sound science to develop public policies; our nation's free enterprise system is not the enemy of the environment and that economic growth and a cleaner environment can be compatible.
