
TROPICAL DEPRESSION SIX WEAKENS TO A TROPICAL WAVE (See the NOAA National Hurricane Center for the latest information on this storm. July 21, 2003 � The NOAA National Hurricane Center in Miami, Fla., reports that at 5 p.m. EDT Tropical Depression Six weakened to a tropical wave located over the far eastern Caribbean Sea and adjacent islands of the Lesser Antilles. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are possible in association with this tropical wave. The tropical storm watch for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands was discontinued at 5 p.m. EDT.
