This major event, Oceans2003, presents a unique convergence of marine science, technology, engineering, industry, policy, and education. KEYNOTE SESSION: A key ocean-science policy session on Thursday morning, Sept. 25, (beginning at 8:15 a.m.) features presentations and discussions on the future of ocean science by: - U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)
