NSF Awards $18 Million Contract to the National Opinion Research Center

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded a five-year competitive, task-order contract for an amount not to exceed $18,085,225 to the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) at the University of Chicago for its Doctorate Data Project.

The renewal contract awarded to NORC will include concurrent work on the development of the Survey of Earned Doctorates (Task Area A) and the Survey of Doctorate Recipients (Task Area B) for NSF's Division of Science Resources Statistics (SRS). The work will be performed primarily in Chicago and in Arlington, Va.

NSF is the contracting activity under contract award number SRS-0208765.
