New Jersey representative to announce comprehensive worker visa legislation

On Monday, Nov. 21, U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-8) will hold a press conference to announce the introduction of legislation that will reform the critically flawed H-1B worker visa program. The legislation is the only comprehensive congressional solution offered to fix a broken system that has displaced thousands of American jobs.
