US Surgeon General's Family History Initiative

2:30 p.m. EASTERN, Tues., Nov. 15 – Boston – Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) will host a national press conference to discuss the second year of the U.S. Surgeon General's Family History Initiative and will introduce an updated version of the "My Family Health Portrait" web-based tool designed to help families gather their health information.
