National Academies advisory: NASA's future space and science programs
NASA's Vision for Space Exploration, announced by President Bush in January 2004, is a long-term program to further explore the solar system using both manned and robotic spacecraft. REVIEW OF GOALS AND PLANS FOR NASA'S SPACE AND EARTH SCIENCES, new from the National Academies' National Research Council, reviews the space and science programs NASA is considering under this initiative.
