Bill Moyers to receive 2004 Global Environmental Citizen Award

Harvard Medical School's Center for Health and the Global Environment recognizes Bill Moyers for his commitment to the environment.

Actress and environmentalist Meryl Streep will present the award at a ceremony and reception open to journalists.

WHAT:
The Center for Health and the Global Environment (http://www.med.harvard.edu/chge/) at Harvard Medical School will present Bill Moyers with the 2004 Global Environmental Citizen Award on Wednesday, December 1. The award ceremony will be held at the Carriage House Center for Global Issues. Following the presentation, an award dinner will be held at the Carriage House featuring sustainable cuisine by award-winning master chefs Dan Barber, Michel Nischan, and Nora Pouillon.
