James Joseph, Ph.D. Lead Scientist, Lab Chief, Laboratory of Neuroscience USDA-ARS Human Nutrition Research Center, Boston, MA.
Dr. Joseph is one of the leading researchers studying the effects of high-antioxidant fruits, vegetables and beverages on neurological function and aging. His work has been published in numerous scientific journals, and is the author of "The Color Code: A Revolutionary Eating Plan for Optimum Health."
John D. Folts, Ph.D. Professor of Medicine, Director of the Folts Thrombosis Research and Prevention Laboratory, University of Wisconsin Medical School, Madison, WI.
Dr. Folts has lead the way in looking at the cardiovascular benefits of high flavonoid beverages such as Concord grape juice and red wine. He has published more than 200 scientific papers. His early work on platelet aggregation helped pave the way for the now well-accepted use of aspirin in the management and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
JoLynne Wightman, Ph.D. Senior Scientist, Welch Foods Inc. Dr. Wightman is an expert in grape biochemistry, with particular emphasis on polyphenolic compounds. She has spent her entire career in the wine and grape industry.
