At Campus Center, Students can: Post their resumes free of charge. Search for jobs, internships, summer jobs and post-doc opportunities and apply online. Create a personal search agent. As jobs meeting their search criteria become available, a New Job Alert is e-mailed directly to their desktop. Submit their resumes confidentially for jobs. Increase their visibility by connecting their resumes to their academic department profile. Employers can: Post job ads quickly and easily. Search the Campus Center resume database for new graduates trained in the latest technology in the chemical sciences. Save campus recruitment dollars by learning about departments, their research, faculty and students online. Create a personal search agent. As resumes meeting their search criteria become available, a New Resume Alert is e-mailed directly to their desktop. Use their Account Manager to manage job postings, candidate applications and resume searches. Receive automatic notification that a job ad will expire. Faculty can: Showcase their department and students by posting a program profile. Students can then link their resumes with the profile for maximum visibility among employers who search by programs and universities. Help their students make the transition from school to work. Campus Center offers students content to help them with their resumes, job interviews, and more. Track the resumes submitted by their students for quick review and reference when writing recommendations. Rich in career information, Campus Center has current data on degrees and employment in the chemical labor force; resources for more effective resume writing, interviewing, networking, and negotiating; employment trends; and salary information. JobSpectrum -- launched last summer -- is the total career resource web site for the chemical community and the place for chemistry-related career development resources.
