International conference comes to Asheville, North Carolina, US, June 25 -- 30, 2000

What: Approximately 800-1000 scientists and horticulturists representing some 40 countries will convene in Asheville, North Carolina, for the World Botanic Gardens Conference, June 25 -- 30, 2000. The result of the Congress will be the International Agenda for Botanic Gardens in Conservation, which will guide participating organizations and their gardens for the next 20 years. http://www.ncarboretum.org/congress2000/congress.htm
