American Sociological Association: 2001 Annual Meeting The 96th Annual Meeting of the American Sociological Association (ASA) will be held on Saturday through Tuesday, August 18-21, 2001 in Anaheim, California. A wide variety of sessions will be offered related to the theme chosen by ASA President Douglas Massey, �Cities of the Future.� Members of the ASA and other interested individuals are invited to submit formal papers and informal topics to be considered for inclusion in the 2001 Annual Meeting Program.
