New Tool For Food And Health Reporters And Communicators

This resource, a binder filled with 16 chapters and over 250 pages, covers a wealth of nutrition and food safety information on such topics as food biotechnology, functional foods, caffeine, sugars, food allergy, and oral health, just to name a few.
