Healtheon founder among featured speakers at disease management leadership conferenceBOSTON, August 24, 1999-- The nation's leading disease management experts will convene in San Francisco, October 17-20 to discuss the current and future trends in improving health care quality for people with chronic diseases such as heart disease, asthma, and diabetes.
