Invited speakers include Secretary of Agriculture Dan Glickman, National Academy of Sciences President Bruce Alberts, White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Associate Director Arthur Bienenstock, former USDA chief scientists, and past recipients of USDA competitive grants.
